One of my friends was interviewed by Resolve Recruit last week (phone call). Overall interview was good but the HR Kim and Vanessa ghosting like anything. She emailed them, text them multiple times but no response.
Kim told her to scheduled and final interview and never got back to her. At least they should provide any update of some sort. She doesn't know what type of culture they are be having right now.
Avoid applying to positions in this company. Bad experience. They don't care about their candidates how they will care about customers.
I would say, stay in the shoes of candidates once to see what it feels like.
Liliana from resolve sent me an unsolicited text message & when I responded to ask why she would do this. I got no response. Resolve Recruit, you need to do better. This isn’t the way you conduct business. It’s clear that this is a common practice. Cut it out. It’s absolutely disrespectful
They helped me alot in the work and very supportive especially Gurleen Kaur who is in recruit department. She is very supportive and cooperative and also listens very carefully to all the employers.

These people are texting me at midnight on my whatsapp out of nowhere. How unprofessional they are and now next morning they aren't picking any call. Wow , is this kind of service you give to clients? Such a useless ones!
